An Update on the Climate Action Plan

On November 17, 2010 the Nantucket Board of Selectmen met to determine adoption of the Climate Plan. The result of this meeting was a decision to take some time for the Nantucket Planning and Economic Development Commission to further develop the Plan, and present that plan for review at the February, 2011 Commission meeting. If approved, it will be referred to the Selectmen for their approval/adoption. The Selectmen affirmed their commitment to adopt a plan during the current fiscal year-by June 30, 2011.
